"Awesome product with fantastic customer support."
I just got my massage gun and have already used it on my feet. As a hairdresser, I'm on my feet all day, and this thing has eased my pain right away. I also deal with pinched shoulders, so I can't wait to try it on those next. Weight Lockers' communication was top-notch; I’d definitely suggest going with this company—they're really professional.

Awesome item!! We use it frequently, and it truly aids in relieving muscle tension and soreness, particularly after a tough workout! Totally worth the money, excellent price, and speedy shipping. Super pleased with the buy and would absolutely suggest it ;)

"Took a day off for delivery, but..."
I took a day off work to be around for the promised delivery, but they switched the date on me. Not thrilled, especially since I paid £100 just for delivery. I'm seriously thinking about asking for a full refund. You really ought to switch delivery services—anything but UPS would be better.
I’ve bumped my rating to 4 stars—still not pleased with the delivery situation, but I gotta say, the communication and the quality of the gear are really impressive. I’ll definitely be getting more stuff from Weightlocker.

"Tough delivery, but customer support was top-notch!"
The delivery schedule matched what was stated on the site. I ran into some problems with my shipments since I reside in a new area, and a few items ended up at the wrong place and got 'lost'. However, their customer support was fantastic and quickly replaced and resent all the items. The weight plates are solid quality. I'm really pleased with my buy. Definitely would recommend them!

"Victory in their Instagram contest..."
I won their Instagram contest (barbell, weights up to 70kg, 20kg dumbbells, and a bench) and the customer service is top-notch! Everyone I've chatted with is super nice! Everything arrived really fast and the quality is just fantastic! I’d totally grab more gym gear from them - absolutely recommend!

"My thoughts on Weightlocker"
I had a fantastic experience with Weightlocker. The items I purchased appeared to offer the best bang for my buck online, and everything seems to be of solid quality up to now. Weightlocker was super helpful during the whole process, quickly responding to my questions and keeping me in the loop about my order. The delivery time was speedy compared to many other shops during the lockdown. All in all, they were awesome, and I’d definitely shop with them again!

"Super fast shipping"
Shipping was super fast. I placed my order late on the 7th, and it showed up on the 13th. All the other places had long delays for an Olympic bar. There was a minor scuff on one end of the bar, but honestly, with the price and how quick it got here, it didn’t bother me. I’d definitely shop here again.

"Solid Purchase"
Overall, this is a decent product and the customer service was excellent, especially given the tough times with all the order requests. Sure, the delivery took a bit longer than I preferred, but hey, it’s understandable.
If I’m being super picky, the bars don’t provide much grip support, so if you’re sweating a lot, they can get a little slippery. But all in all, I’d recommend them and I’m happy I made the purchase—they’re doing exactly what I need during these gym closures.

"Awesome support from the team"
The customer support was fantastic, getting back to my inquiries quickly. I'm still on the lookout for my dumbbells to show up, but I know it hasn't been 3-5 business days since I made my purchase, so I'm optimistic they'll be sent out soon! The price is solid considering the current inflation in the market.

"Package delivered to the wrong address..."
The package ended up at a neighbor's place because the address on it was incorrect, and I’ve never even met that neighbor. Thankfully, they were kind enough to accept it, and we have a WhatsApp group for our street. I double-checked my order, and I had entered the correct delivery address, so it seems like it was their mistake.
The weights look a bit rough, just like they were described, with some paint chipping off. They’re not the best or the worst, but they get the job done. Honestly, I think they’re a bit overpriced for what you get.

"Lack of communication regarding my order..."
I received no updates about my order from the team, and I had to keep following up just to get a reply. It was only when I brought up a refund that I finally heard back. With shipping taking up to 15 days, it really made purchasing equipment for the gym closures feel like a waste of time.
